The Sand which is there

Technically, this is not really transparent, but just an optical illusion done by mirrors. Still impressive and creative, so worth a look. This creation by artist Phillip K Smith III was erected in Joshua Tree, California and titled "Lucid Stead". Quite impressive!

Brick in the wall

There's an old saying about people living in glass houses, but living behind transparent walls seems somewhat...impractical, right? Well, with this "smart" glass, it can be as impractical as you want it to be. Flip a switch, and the walls become opaque! How awesome!
